  • 10 oz. soy sauce
  • 10 oz. water
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 7 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 to 8 lb. cube steak or round steak

    Cut steak in 2 x 2-inch strips.

    Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven.

    Add meat and refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Grill on barbecue grill after draining.
