  • 1 piece flank steak (1 1/2-inches thick; London broil)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1/3 soy sauce

Directions

    Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate overnight, covered tightly.
