Ingredients
- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 2 c. walnut halves
Directions

1In 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, mix well sugar, ginger and garlic salt.

2Set aside.

3In large bowl with fork, beat egg whites with teriyaki sauce until blended.

4With rubber spatula, stir in walnuts until well coated.

5Transfer to jelly roll pan.

6Stir with spatula until nuts are coated with sugar mixture.

7Bake in preheated 250° oven.

8Stir occasionally until coating is dry. Store airtight for up to 3 weeks.

9Makes 2 cups.
