- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup of white rice
- 1 tablespoons chicken bullion
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups of water
Directions

1Add 2 chicken breasts into bakeing pan.

2Drizzle 4 tablespoons olive oil.

3Heat the oven to 390 add chicken pull out when tender but cooked

4Add soy sauce,1 cup of water, ginger , garlic brown sugar, sugar .boil for 10 minuets .let cool .

5Heat 3 tablespoons oil to pot and fry 1 cup of rice .

6Then add 4 cups of water and 1 tablespoon chicken bullion let boil then simmer for about 30 min.

7Stir frequently .

8Take out chicken then shred .

9Add sauce in chicken to a big skillet and let boil for 10 minuets .then serve .
