- 2 lbs meat, cut bite sized
- 12 ounces teriyaki sauce
- 10 baby sweet peppers
- 1 onion, halved then quartered
- 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cubed
- 10 baby bella mushrooms
- metal bamboo skewer (soak bamboo skewers in water)
Directions

1Place the meat in a gallon sized plastic zippy bag. Add the sauce. Seal and shake to coat.

2Allow to marninate for 15-30 minutes. (The more time, the better).

3Skewer the meat, alternating with the veggies until all the skewers are full.

4Grill over medium-heat until meat is done to your liking.

5Serve with a salad and rice, or your favorite summer side dishes.
