- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 to 1 lb. sliced mushrooms (or 1 can mushrooms)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cooked and cubed ham, chicken or turkey
- 1 small box spaghetti, cooked
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in margarine; add soup and water.

2Mix, then add shredded cheese.

3Cook over medium low until cheese is melted; add meat and stir.

4Add spaghetti (drained) and stir.

5Place Tetrazzini mixture into 2 quart or larger casserole dish.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
