- 4 oz. dry spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. margarine (tub)
- 1/2 c. mushroom stems and pieces
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Chicken Style, diced
Directions

1Boil spaghetti in salt water until tender; drain.

2Melt margarine in skillet and saute mushrooms.

3Remove mushrooms. Blend flour with margarine; add evaporated milk, water (or juices from mushrooms), chopped green pepper, pimentos, cheese, Chicken Style, mushrooms and chicken style seasoning.

4Mix together, then add spaghetti.
