  • 4 oz. dry spaghetti
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine (tub)
  • 1/2 c. mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
  • 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Chicken Style, diced

Directions

    Boil spaghetti in salt water until tender; drain.

    Melt margarine in skillet and saute mushrooms.

    Remove mushrooms. Blend flour with margarine; add evaporated milk, water (or juices from mushrooms), chopped green pepper, pimentos, cheese, Chicken Style, mushrooms and chicken style seasoning.

    Mix together, then add spaghetti.
