Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. chopped, cooked meat
- 1 c. meat broth or 1 c. water plus beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 3 to 4 ripe olives, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Combine rice, tomato sauce, stuffed olives, seasonings, cooked meat and broth.

2Pour into well-greased 2-quart casserole or baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Place biscuits on top of casserole dish.

5Return to oven and bake at 400° until biscuits are done, about 10 minutes.
