- 4 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. salsa (chunky style)
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (undrained)
Directions

1In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil 2 minutes on each side.

2Add salsa and chilies to skillet.

3Lower heat, cover and simmer gently 8 to 10 minutes.

4Serves 4.

5Serve with buttered corn and cucumber and red onion salad.
