  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
  • 1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives, chopped
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • Tostidos or Doritos

Directions

    Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

    To assemble, spread bean dip on a large shallow platter.

    Top with seasoned avocado mix.

    Layer with sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle with onion, tomatoes and olives.

    Cover with cheese.

    Serve chilled or at room temperature with chips.
