Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 cans bean dip (I use Frito-Lay)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • pepper and salt
  • approximately 3 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 16 oz. sliced black olives
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread bean dip on platter.

    Peel and mash the avocados.
  3. 3
    Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Spread on top of bean dip. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.

    Put on top of avocados.

    Place green onions on top of this mixture.

    Top with tomatoes, then black olives and then Cheddar cheese.
