  • 2 bunches chopped green onions (optional)
  • 3 to 5 medium avocados, plus 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives

Directions

    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix in another bowl.

    Spread bean dip on a large shallow platter.

    Next, spread avocados and then sour cream mixture.

    Layer top with chopped green onions, tomatoes (drained), olives and cheese.

    Refrigerate.
