  • 1 pkg (400 g) Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 8 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 each tomato & avocado, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

Directions

    Mix cheese & salsa.

    Place 1/2 cup mixture on half of each tortilla; fold over.

    Cook tortillas a few at a time, in ungreased frypan on medium heat, approximately 2 minutes per side.

    Cool 5 minutes; cut each into 3 triangles.

    STIR together remaining ingredients.

    Spoon 1 Tbsp.

    mixture on top of each quesadilla just before serving.
