  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chili quick powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped small
  • 1 can corn (whole kernel), drained
  • 1 can whole potatoes, cut small pieces and drained
  • 1 can Ranch beans
