- 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.

2Roast, covered, 4 hours at 275°.

3Cool and pull apart.

4Combine 1 medium onion (chopped with the meat). Bring last 8 ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over meat and onion mixture.

5Serve on warm buttered hamburger buns.
