Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 to 1 c. catsup
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small can chunk ham
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can jalapeno pinto beans
  • 1 can kidney beans

Directions

    Put bacon, meat, onion and ham in bottom of crock-pot.

    Mix vinegar, mustard, catsup and brown sugar and add to crock-pot. Then add the five cans of beans.

    Cook on high for four hours. Delicious with salad and (Mexican) Corn Bread.
