  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. water
  • 8 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, eggs and sour cream.

    In a saucepan, bring to a boil water, butter and cocoa.

    Add this to the flour mixture and mix well.

    Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
