- 1/2 lb. chopped candied red cherries
- 1/2 lb. chopped candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb. chopped dates
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 4 oz. flaked coconut
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Mix the chopped fruit with the tablespoon of flour.

2Stir in the chopped pecans, flaked coconut and the can of condensed milk. Preheat the oven to 250°.

3Grease and flour a tube pan.

4Press mixture into pan and bake 1 1/2 hours.

5Allow the cake to cool and wrap tightly in cheesecloth.

6Refrigerate at least 2 weeks.

7Makes about 24 thin slices.
