  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

Directions

    Bring to a boil oil, water and cocoa.

    Remove from heat; cool a little.

    Add eggs, sugar, salt, soda and vanilla.

    Mix real well. Add flour and beat real well.

    Mix in sour cream last, by hand. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
