  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 finely minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives and liquid
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and liquid
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 avocados, diced

Directions

    Blend oil and spices.

    Add rest of ingredients and blend. Chill several hours before serving.
