  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Saut (cook slow with butter) the onions, green pepper and ground beef until vegetables are tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done. Yields 8 servings.
