- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. (No. 303 can) stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onions and pepper until yellow.

2Fry beef until brown. Stir all ingredients together.

3Cover and cook for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes.

4Stir every 15 minutes.
