- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 3/4 c. raw regular rice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper.

3Cook and stir until ground beef is brown and onion and pepper are tender.

4Drain off fat.

5Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.

6Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
