- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups tomatoes, cooked
- 12 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Saute onions and green pepper, add meat & fry until mixture falls apart.

3Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

4Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

5cover and bake 1 hour.

6Remove the lid the last 15 minutes of baking time.
