- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large skillet, cook meat, onions and green pepper until meat and vegetables are tender.

3Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Heat and pour into 2-quart dish. Cover and bake 1 hour, ungreased.
