- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef, onion and green pepper.

2Pour off grease.

3Stir in rice.

4Sprinkle chili powder, salt and pepper over it.

5Add tomatoes.

6Heat to boiling.

7Reduce heat and cook 25 to 30 minutes until rice is tender.
