- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns or 4 c. raw grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 French onion dip (8 oz.)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients and pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with 1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs, mixed with 1 stick oleo.

2Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

3(A little longer if using raw potatoes.)

4Cover with aluminum foil before baking.
