  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 4 c. nuts
  • 2 c. white raisins
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Mix together nuts and raisins and coat with some of the flour. Mix all other ingredients together, then add nuts and raisins and mix.

    Bake in a tube pan at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
