  • 1 1/2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 6 to 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix potatoes, butter, sour cream, milk, soup and 1/2 cheese. Save other half for top. Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes.
