  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and butter. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with corn flake crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons butter.

    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
