  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz (Mexican brand)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Put hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan; add onions and margarine.

    Combine sour cream, Cheez Whiz and cream of chicken soup.

    Spread over top of potatoes.

    Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 350° oven.

    Serve warm.
