- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless beef ribeye steaks (250 g/1/2 lb. each), 3/4-inch thick
Directions

1Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

2Mix barbecue sauce, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper until well blended.
