  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 boneless beef ribeye steaks (250 g/1/2 lb. each), 3/4-inch thick

    Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

    Mix barbecue sauce, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper until well blended.

    Grill steaks 6 to 8 min.
