  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 4 c. cooked white rice
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 large bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 oz. canned green chiles, chopped
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • parsley and paprika (when served)
