  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

  1. 1
    Bring margarine to boil. Add cocoa and water. Remove from heat. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs and mix well. Add sour cream and baking soda. Pour into greased 1-1/2 x 9 x 13 inch sheet cake pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
