  • 2 sticks (1 c.) margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil.
  2. 2
    Pour in bowl and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat well and add eggs, sour cream and baking soda.

    Pour batter into greased and floured 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet (or other shallow pan) and bake in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
