  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 1/2 -2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. remove from heat and add remaining ingredients while mixture is still hot. Beat in 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp. baking soda. Do not use mixer, use wooden spoon. Pour batter into greased sheet cake pan. Batter will be thin. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 20-22 minutes until cake is done.
