  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c water
  • 3 T cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1t soda
  • 1/2 c butter milk
  • 1-1/2 t vanilla

Directions

    sift dry ing.Melt oleo,water,cocoa, pour over dry ing. Another bowl, mix eggs, soda, buttermilk, and vanilla. add to above mixture. Bake on cookie sheet. at 350--30 min

    6 t buttermilk

    add 1 pound powdered sugar and 1 t vanilla. add nuts if desired.
