  • 1 c. water
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

  1. 1
    Bring water, butter and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Bake at 350° in a 15 1/2 x 12 1/2 x 1-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
