  • 36 oz. hash browns
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix together and pour into pan.

    Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, add 1 stick oleo, melted and drizzled over corn flakes. Bake in 450° oven 35 to 45 minutes.
