- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 eggs plus 1 egg white
- 6 c. flour
- 3 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 tsp. orange flavoring
- 2 tsp. butter flavoring
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter; add eggs.

2Sift 4 cups flour, baking powder and salt together and add slowly to egg mixture.

3Add flavorings.

4Do this with mixer.

5Stir in by hand about 2 more cups flour so the mixture will look like biscuit dough.

6Roll out on floured board about 1/4-inch thick and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.

7Place on greased cookie sheets and bake on bottom rack of preheated 400° oven for 6 minutes, then on middle rack for 6 more minutes.
