- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless, lean beef
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 to 5 onions, cut into chunks
Directions

1Cut meat into strips at least 2 inches thick.

2Partially freeze the strips and then cut across the grain in long strips about 1/4-inch thick.

3Mix together all other ingredients and use to marinate meat for up to 2 hours.

4Be sure to stir occasionally. Skewer meat strips with onion chunks and grill to your liking.
