  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless, lean beef
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 to 5 onions, cut into chunks

Directions

    Cut meat into strips at least 2 inches thick.

    Partially freeze the strips and then cut across the grain in long strips about 1/4-inch thick.

    Mix together all other ingredients and use to marinate meat for up to 2 hours.

    Be sure to stir occasionally. Skewer meat strips with onion chunks and grill to your liking.
