  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 8 chicken legs or drumsticks
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • Sweet chili sauce for serving
