- 12 cup hoisin sauce
- 12 cup peanut butter, smooth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, low-salt
- 14 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce

1NOTE: If you measure your oil on the spoon first, the honey will then slide right off it.
