Ingredients

  • 12 cup hoisin sauce
  • 12 cup peanut butter, smooth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, low-salt
  • 14 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce

    NOTE: If you measure your oil on the spoon first, the honey will then slide right off it.

    Use dark sesame oil which is used strictly for flavoring.

    The clear sesame oil will not give the intense flavor (but can be used ifyou are frying something.

    Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.

    This dressing is used for Thai Salad, but may be used on any kind of meat before grilling.
