- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 12 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- coarse salt or sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Dissolve yeast in water.

3Add salt & sugar.

4Let yeast foam for a few moments.

5Blend in flour and knead only until smooth.

6Divide into small balls and roll into bread sticks.

7Brush with egg and sprinkle salt/sugar on.

8Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 425F.
