  • 5 lbs medium potatoes (peeled and Quartered)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Cook Potatoes and mash with butter.

    Beat cream cheese and sour cream and salt until light and fluffy.

    Add potatoes and chives and stir.

    Cooked in greased 9x13 dish at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
