- 1 Onion
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Wild rice
- 1 package Noodles
- 1 package Green beans - leftover
- 1 Turkey - Leftover
Directions

1Boil the turkey carcass, 1/2 of the carrots, celery, and onion, salt, and pepper to make a hearty stock

2Strain the stock

3Add the wild rice to the stalk, cook for ~1h

4With 30 mins remaining, add turkey, green beans, and other half of carrots, celery, and onions, sliced

5Add noodles if desired
