  • 1 Turkey carcass after carving
  • 8 Carrots
  • 8 stalks Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Wild rice
  • 1 package Noodles
  • 1 package Green beans - leftover
  • 1 Turkey - Leftover

Directions

    Boil the turkey carcass, 1/2 of the carrots, celery, and onion, salt, and pepper to make a hearty stock

    Strain the stock

    Add the wild rice to the stalk, cook for ~1h

    With 30 mins remaining, add turkey, green beans, and other half of carrots, celery, and onions, sliced

    Add noodles if desired
