That Cake

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

   In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, margarine, one of the eggs and nuts.

   Spread the mixture in bottom of pan.

   In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, the remaining 2 eggs and the cream cheese.

   Spread over the mixture in pan.

   Bake for 40 minutes.

   Cool before cutting into squares.

   This cake will not look done when you remove from oven, but will be okay after it has cooled.
