- 2 c. cubed, stale French bread
- 3 qt. romaine, in bite size pieces
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, cooked 1 minute in boiling water
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 can anchovy fillets, diced
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Add garlic to oil and let stand several hours.

2Heat 1/4 cup garlic oil in a small skillet and saute croutons until browned on all sides.
