- 1/2 cup superfine sugar, plus more to taste
- 5 cups water
- Ice cubes
Directions

1Wash lemons under warm water.

2Roll them on the countertop with the palm of your hand to get them ready for juicing.

3Cut the lemons in half through their bellies.

4Juice lemons using either your hands or a juicer, reserving 2 lemon halves.

5Add the lemon juice to a pitcher.

6Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has completely dissolved.
