  • 1 lb. mild loose sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 slices bread, cut into small pieces
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain and set aside.

    Beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk, salt, mustard and bread; mix.

    Add cheese and sausage and mix well.

    Bake in buttered pan (9 x 13-inch) for 45 minutes at 350°.
